BJ Merchandising sells promotional merchandise through Shopify. Every order involves multiple suppliers and decorators, which meant multiple purchase orders in Xero had to be created manually for every single order. They'd tried Zapier and it couldn't handle the logic. They were still spending time manually fixing every order, every day. Working out of Sydney, we built a custom automation using Adapt Apps: order placed in Shopify, the correct invoice is created, and all purchase orders for every supplier and decorator are generated instantly, matched correctly, every time, without anyone touching it.
