Cadell had years of rich operational data locked inside a long-standing system. It was working hard but never surfacing the reporting depth the business actually needed. Sales figures were available but purchasing, inventory, accounts receivable and route-level performance were essentially invisible. Coolmogo, a Sydney-based software consultancy, connected to the system, extracted and structured the data, built the underlying models, and delivered a suite of Qlik Sense dashboards that the team now uses every day. The data models are built to last, so teams can build their own reports, drill into details, and extend the BI without needing us in the room.
