ETS IT

ETS IT is a managed IT services business. They look after servers, infrastructure, licensing and on-site support for a range of clients across Sydney. Like most businesses their size, they'd built up a stack of tools that each did their job, but they didn't talk to each other. Tickets and time lived in SuperOps. Invoices went out through Xero. Subscriptions and licenses were managed through separate supplier portals like Lenovo, Dicker Data and Leader. When a client added a Microsoft 365 seat, someone had to update the supplier portal, update SuperOps, and update the Xero recurring invoice. Manually. Every time. When a price changed, same story. When hardware was used on a job, it had to be manually added to the invoice after the fact, and sometimes it wasn't. We built a connected platform on Adapt Apps that sits across their whole operation. Subscriptions and license counts are now managed in one place and flow automatically to Xero recurring invoices. Adhoc invoices are built from structured time and materials data pulled directly from SuperOps. Products are mastered in Adapt Apps and pushed to both SuperOps and Xero, so price changes propagate everywhere they need to. This is ongoing, multi-stage work. Stage 1 was subscription and invoice management. Stage 2 adds quoted works, purchase orders, and inventory tracking for job-allocated stock.
