The story
In Australia, the top 5% of charities receive 85% of all charitable revenue. The bottom 60% share just 1.7%. B4A Collective, founded by Michelle, exists to tip that scale. The Hour xChange is the platform making it happen: connecting donors directly to grassroots, founder-led charities that are highly effective but chronically underfunded. The model is elegantly simple: donate one hour of your salary so a founder can spend one hour of theirs on the work that matters. We are building the full platform: mobile app, donor matching, charity onboarding.
